Artisan Right of Way Agency delivers compliance-driven right-of-way, acquisition, relocation, and real estate services for public agencies, utilities, and infrastructure owners across Arizona. Founded by Alyssa Strong, R/W-RAC, Artisan combines policy-level knowledge with hands-on field experience to support projects where defensibility, schedule reliability, and stakeholder coordination matter most.
Artisan’s work is grounded in deep public-sector and utility experience, including acquisition support, relocation planning, property owner negotiations, utility easements, and complex project coordination. The firm brings a practical understanding of how land rights, access, constructability, and property interests affect infrastructure delivery, system reliability, and long-term asset management.
Led by former ADOT Acquisition & Relocation Manager Alyssa Strong, Artisan is backed by extensive experience in federally funded projects, Uniform Relocation Act compliance, relocation appeals, and complex displacement assignments. Alyssa has managed 407+ acquisition files and 187 relocation files across statewide transportation projects, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and dairy displacements, and has provided executive-level guidance on pre-condemnation strategy and relocation defensibility.
